Shipping and Returns

Every order ships from New York, overnight and fully insured, at no cost to you.

A signature is required on delivery. We cannot ship to a P.O. box, and at launch we ship within the United States only.

Before it ships

Nothing here is made before you order it.

  1. You order.
  2. We hand pick the diamond your ring will be built around. Every stone carries an IGI or GIA report, and the report comes with your ring.
  3. Four to six weeks at the bench.
  4. It ships overnight, fully insured.

Before production starts, two things are free.

Changing your size. Tell us and it changes, as many times as you need, right up until we begin. Once your ring is being made the size is fixed, because NAIYA cannot be resized once it exists.

Canceling. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before production starts. After that the stone has been bought and the ring is at the bench.

Because every piece is made to order, work begins as soon as your order is placed. Contact us immediately and we will tell you whether production has started.

Returns

Every ARCA piece is made to order and is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We would rather say that here, plainly, than put it in small type at checkout. It is also why you can change your size or change your mind entirely before production starts, with your money back and nothing to explain. Once a stone has been bought and a ring is being made for you specifically, it is final.

If you are not certain about size, read the sizing page before you order, or ask us. We would rather spend the time with you now than have you own a ring you cannot wear.

If something is wrong

Final sale does not mean you are on your own. If a piece arrives damaged, not as described, or with a fault in the making, tell us within fourteen days of delivery. We will put it right at our cost, including insured shipping in both directions.

Bespoke

Bespoke commissions are final sale. They are made to one person’s description and cannot be offered to anyone else. You approve the design before anything goes to the bench, and we do not start without it.

Once it is delivered

Our insurance covers the piece in transit, up to the moment the carrier records it as delivered and takes a signature. After that it is yours, and a package that goes missing from a doorstep or a lobby is outside what we can recover.

We recommend insuring the piece separately. A jewelry rider on a homeowner’s or renter’s policy is inexpensive, and it covers the things neither a carrier nor a warranty ever will.

Check the shipping address before you confirm your order. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands we cannot redirect it.
