These terms govern your use of arca.nyc and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
ARCA is a fine jewelry company located in New York City. You can reach us at hello@arca.nyc or 646-494-3206.
Our pieces
Every ARCA piece is made to order. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We may correct errors in pricing or product information, and we may cancel an order placed at an incorrectly listed price, in which case we refund you in full.
Our diamonds are laboratory-grown, but we also provide natural stones if the client requires it. Photographs show a representative piece. Because each piece is made around its own stone, the stone in your piece will not be identical to the one photographed.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it and confirm it to you. We may decline an order for any lawful reason, including if we cannot source a suitable stone.
Payment is taken when you order, because production depends on it.
All sales are final. Our Refund policy sets out the full terms, including cancellation before production and what happens if we make a mistake.
Engraving
Engraving is complimentary. You are responsible for the text you give us. We engrave what you send, so please check the spelling. We will decline text that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
Warranty
We cover our own workmanship for as long as you own the piece, on the terms set out on our Care and Warranty page. That is the only warranty we give. To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Material you send us
If you send us images, text or other material, you confirm that you have the right to do so, and you permit us to use it in order to fulfill your order.
The website
The contents of arca.nyc, including our name, our marks, our photographs and our writing, belong to us. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here at the time you place it.
