Where we ship

We ship within the United States only at this time. If you are outside the US and you want an ARCA piece, write to us and we will tell you if we can help.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

Every piece is made to order. A piece from our collection takes four to six weeks from the date of your order. A bespoke commission takes four to six weeks from the date we agree on the design and the stone. We will tell you when it ships and give you the tracking number.

How it ships

Overnight, fully insured, signature required.

If nobody signs for it

The carrier will attempt delivery again and then hold the package. If it comes back to us we will arrange a second delivery.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address before you order. An insured overnight shipment cannot be redirected once it is with the carrier. If you need to change the address before your piece ships, tell us as soon as you can.

Damage or loss in transit

Covered, and handled by us. Contact us and we will make it right.

Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
